In my last blog entry I overlooked something essential: email subscriptions can also be sent to users who are not part of the organization. It didn’t work for me that day because the email was unfortunately sent to spam.

In the following example, an external email address was added to an account that is not associated with an organization.

After the email has been sent, the export can also be found in the Outlook.com account:

However, if a user wants to open the report, they must have access to the report. However, this feature is very valuable because it allows users outside the organization to access the data without having access to the platform. The reports can be delivered as PDF or PowerPoint. Of course, it should be noted that data is delivered to users/email accounts that are outside the organization.
